Welcome to Zenie! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our application and services. By using Zenie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Subscription Services
Zenie offers subscription-based services that provide access to exclusive features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
- Billing & Payment: Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Refunds: Apple handles all refund requests according to its App Store refund policy.
3. Account & User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Zenie.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of Zenie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zenie after any changes means you accept the new Terms.
